It’s nearing the end of a great year for KYSITE, which means it is time for the KYSITE Annual Meeting! This year the meeting will be changing locations to The Red Mile in Lexington, Kentucky. This allows KYSITE to have a trial run with the venue as one of the events being held as part of the SDITE / GLDITE 2012 Joint Annual Meeting in April 2012 is planned at The Red Mile.

To mix things up, we will also be having entertainment at the meeting – The Big River Band! Come on out for some live music!  The general agenda for the evening is as follows:

6:00 pm – Arrive / Begin Silent Auction / Cash Bar / Big River Band
6:40 pm – Dinner (Included in the price is a dinner buffet consisting of salad, rolls, chef’s choice entrées and accompaniments along with dessert and non-alcoholic beverages).
7:30 pm – Big River Band Concludes
7:45 pm – Silent Auction Closes / Business Meeting
8:00 pm – 2011 KYSITE Awards
8:05 pm – Installation of 2012 Officers
8:10 pm – Silent Auction Results
8:30 pm – Close of Meeting

Silent Auction

We have numerous donations for the silent auction including tickets to Dollywood, hotel and golf at Rising Star Casino, tickets to Holiday World, admission to the Kentucky Horse Park, and tickets to the Louisville Bats. There will be plenty more great items for you to bid on and raise lots of money for our scholarship fund!

Cost Information

The cost will be $25.00 member / $35.00 non-member. A member can bring one guest at the member price. We are greatly encouraging everyone to pay ahead of time via paypal as it will reduce the amount of work at the meeting (i.e. collecting money / handing out receipts). So if you would, please go ahead and use the link below to pre-pay for dinner. For those of you unable to do so online, we will accept cash and check at the door.
