KYSITE is pleased to announce the location of our 2008 Annual Meeting.  It will be held at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky.  The agenda for the evening is:

5:15 – 6:00 PM Distillery Tour (Optional)
6:00 – 6:30 PM Arrive / Social Hour / Begin Silent Auction
6:30 PM Dinner
7:00 – 7:45 PM KYSITE Traffic Bowl – UK vs. UL
7:45 PM Close Auction / Business Meeting / 2013 City Selection
8:00 PM 2008 KYSITE Awards
8:05 PM Installation of 2009 Officers
8:10 PM Silent Auction Results
8:30 PM Close

New this year during the social hour is a drink ticket included in the meal price. The tickets are good for domestic beer, wine, or the local bourbon. Dinner will be a buffet consisting of several entrees along with all the fixings and dessert. Soft drinks will be available throughout.

Also highlighting our meeting this year will be our first University of Kentucky versus University of Louisville Traffic Bowl match-up, which should be very entertaining. The revealing of the city to host the 2013 Southern District ITE meeting in Kentucky will also be exciting!

We have tried very hard this year to put together a dynamic meeting at a fun location, and hope to see you there. Spouses / significant others / guests are encouraged to attend – the silent auction usually benefits!

Cost Information
The cost will be $25.00 member / $35.00 non-member. A member can bring one guest at the member price.

RSVP Information
Please RSVP no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2008 – I need to know how many people are attending, and whether or not you plan on attending the tour of the distillery (included in the price of the dinner).

Please keep in mind when sending your RSVP that for the gold level of sponsorship, you can send two people at no additional charge and at the silver level, one person at no additional charge. I still need to know who is coming, and on the RSVP please note that it is for one of the sponsorship spots.
